Travel Evaluations
Evaluations are a process by which all players are evaluated for team placement based on skill level. Placement on a travel team requires every player to be evaluated by coaches and board members. Each player must attend one of the scheduled evaluation days. This occurs at the end of each Spring season, typically in June of each year for the following Fall and Spring seasons. MHYSA will make every effort to announce the placement results by the end of June via email, with the coach of the team to contact players shortly thereafter. In the event that results are delayed, check the website for additional information on the status of placements.
If a player only wants to participate in the Spring travel sessions they will need to register during open registation and attend one of the evaluation sessions. This will allow an evaluation and placement for Spring. Pleae indicat this on your registration form or check during the registration process.
