REGISTRATION for the SPRING 2010 SEASON IS OPEN
Having a problem registering? Some corporate and university firewalls do not allow access to this registration site. If you have trouble with access at work, please try again at home. The registration site is compatible with Internet Explorer versions 4 and above, Firefox, Safari, and most versions of Netscape and AOL. It may or may not work with browsers other than these. - Travel Player Fee: $55 online / $60 paper registration
- Registration for Travel players Ends January 15, 2010 (players placed on waitlist after this date.)
- Late Fee ($25) starts after January 15, 2010
IN-TOWN:
- Intown Player Fee: $45 online / $50 paper registration
- Late Fee ($25) starts after January 31, 2010
- Registration Ends February 15, 2010 (players placed on wait list after this date.)

This information can be used to determine player eligibility for our various programs that will be available for our Spring 2010 season. Please use this information when registering your child. |

- All players that wish to participate in the Travel Program should register by their Tryout date. (Please Note – Children with birthdates between 8-1-99 & 7-31-01 may choose to tryout for a travel team or choose to play in the in-town program. Registration deadline for in-town program only is February 15, 2010
- Anyone interested in coaching a team for the fall season must notify the league in writing or email as soon as possible. Letters should be mailed to MHYSA, PO Box 669, Milford, MA 01757. Emails should be sent to travel@mhysa.com for the travel program and intown@mhysa.com for the in-town program. Please also indicate your interest on your child’s registration form or on-line registration.
- Registrations can be returned by mail to MHYSA, P.O. Box 669, Milford, MA 01757 by the deadline. Children are not considered eligible to play until all fees are paid in full.
- Registrations for Travel must be postmarked by January 15, 2010 in order to avoid assessment of the $25 late fee.
- Registrations for Intown must be postmarked by January 31, 2010 in order to avoid assessment of the $25 late fee.
- Registrations received after the deadline shall be placed on a waiting list with team placement subject to availability. We cannot guarantee a roster spot after this deadline as it is subject to available teams and coaches. If we are unable to place your child on a team your registration fee will be refunded.
- With respect to in-town teams, our primary goal is to create balanced competition and to introduce children to different coaching styles. Teams will be purposely reorganized with this in mind.
- Travel and In-town shirts must be purchased at Bolio’s Sporting Goods, Route 140, Milford, MA. The cost of the shirt is in addition to the registration fee and should be paid directly to Bolio’s.
- You should expect to hear from your coach about 1 ½ weeks prior to the start of the season. Check the website www.mhysa.com for the confirmed start date and other information related to the upcoming season.
- Milford-Hopedale Youth Soccer Association provides no indoor affiliation.

and a credit card.

New Registration system users - there are 4 steps:
- Family Setup - You will only have to do this the first time you register. Please use an email address you regularly check. If you forget your password, you will need your correct email address.
- Player Setup - Again, you will only have to this once for each player.
- Registration for the season - This contains the variable information for each player, each season.School, Grade, Heath Insurance information, Emergency contact & Medical information and contact.
- Checkout - You may pay by Credit Card, Check or request a scholarship. No child will be denied the opportunity to play soccer for financial reasons.

Online registration is designed to simplify the process for
parents and MHYSA volunteers as well as simplifies the registration
process by allowing payment by credit card.

Non-credit card registrants: You may still register online
and submit your payment by check by submitting your electronic
receipt along with your check.
