Having a problem registering? Some corporate and university firewalls do not allow access to this registration site. If you have trouble with access at work, please try again at home. The registration site is compatible with Internet Explorer versions 4 and above, Firefox, Safari, and most versions of Netscape and AOL. It may or may not work with browsers other than these. TRAVEL:

• Travel registration DEADLINE: June 3, 2008 (players placed on waitlist after this date.)
• Travel Player Fee: $45 online / $50 paper registration
• Late Fee ($25) starts after June 3, 2008

IN-TOWN:

• Intown Player Fee: $35 online / $40 paper registration
• Late Fee ($25) starts after June 30, 2008
• Registration Ends July 18, 2008 (players placed on wait list after this date.)
• With respect to In-town teams, our primary goal is to create balanced competition and to introduce children to different coaching styles.  Teams will be purposely reorganized with this in mind.

• All players that wish to participate in the Travel Program should register by May 26, 2008 and must participate in tryouts being held May 27-June 3.  See www.mhysa.com for further details regarding tryouts times and locations.

• Anyone interested in coaching a team for the fall season must notify the league in writing or email as soon as possible.  Letters should be mailed to MHYSA, PO Box 669, Milford, MA 01757. Emails should be sent to travel@mhysa.com for the travel program and intown@mhysa.com for the in-town program.  Please also indicate your interest on your child’s registration form or on-line registration.

• Registrations can be returned by mail to MHYSA, P.O. Box 669, Milford, MA 01757 by the deadline. Children are not considered eligible to play until all fees are paid in full.

• Registrations received after the deadline shall be placed on a waiting list with team placement subject to availability. We cannot guarantee a roster spot after this deadline as it is subject to available teams and coaches. If we are unable to place your child on a team your registration fee will be refunded.

• With respect to in-town teams, our primary goal is to create balanced competition and to introduce children to different coaching styles.  Teams will be purposely reorganized with this in mind.   

• Travel and In-town shirts must be purchased at Bolio’s Sporting Goods, Route 140, Milford, MA. The cost of the shirt is in addition to the registration fee and should be paid directly to Bolio’s.

• You should expect to hear from your coach about 1 ½ weeks prior to the start of the season.  Check the website www.mhysa.com for the confirmed start date and other information related to the upcoming season.

• Milford-Hopedale Youth Soccer Association provides no indoor affiliation.

If you are new to this system, PLEASE continue with the steps below before proceeding: All questions with an * red asterisk must be answered to successfully complete the registration.

Before you begin, have your health insurance information handy and a credit card.

New Registration system users - there are 4 steps:

1. Family Setup - You will only have to do this the first time you register. Please use an email address you regularly check. If you forget your password, you will need your correct email address.
2. Player Setup - Again, you will only have to this once for each player.
3. Registration for the season - This contains the variable information for each player, each season.School, Grade, Heath Insurance information, Emergency contact & Medical information and contact.
4. Checkout - You may pay by Credit Card, Check or request a scholarship. No child will be denied the opportunity to play soccer for financial reasons.

You will receive an email receipt. If you do not, it may mean you entered an incorrect email address. Return to the website and try to log in. If you have problems, please send an email to: admin@MHYSA.com.

Online registration is designed to simplify the process for parents and MHYSA volunteers as well as simplifies the registration process by allowing payment by credit card.

Non-credit card registrants: You may still register online and submit your payment by check by submitting your electronic receipt along with your check. 

Registrations for TRAVEL must be postmarked by June 3, 2008 in order to avoid assessment of the $25 late fee.

Registrations for IN-TOWN must be postmarked by June 30, 2008 in order to avoid assessment of the $25 late fee.
