To Schedule Field For Make Up Games

1. Check with opposing coach to see if away field is available. If so, you're done.  If not, go to #2
2. Check website Calendar for available time slots.
3. Call opposing coach with 2-3 options / times.  Send email with a "cc" to BAYS Division Director.
4. Send date / field / time to Paul Braza at paulb@brazamancini.com
5. Please include Field, date and time in the email "Subject" line.
6. Allow 1 week lead time to schedule field and get ref assigned.
7. Paul will confirm time, email you with a confirmation and notify Ed Wolf.  Referee will be automatically assigned by Ed.
8. Website Calender will be updated with the approved makeup game information - date, time and field for reference.
9. Send confirming email to opposing coach to confirm the game.

• Coach should periodically check the Calendar section of the Website.  If you notice that your make-up game is not listed properly, contact Paul Braza immediately, as this may indicate that there may be a problem with your Make-up game. 
• Ultimately it is the the Coach's responsibility to insure that
  make-up games are scheduled properly.
